Calling all former dancers! Jazz style class complete with a traditional jazz warmup, progressions across the floor, and a jazz combination. Wear dance shoes if you have or sneakers with little to no traction so you can easily twist & turn. No dance experience? No problem, just come and have fun!

Mixtape is an energetic movement flow to strengthen & stretch with dynamic movement and groove with an eclectic playlist new each week! You will be glowing ✨ after class ready to grab a cocktail 🍹 or a mock tail and brunch at the outdoor patio! You will need a yoga mat!
