Calling all ladies for this fun workout! No dance experience required, just a desire to try something new and have fun!

We will be learning some chair techniques and put together the moves to give you a short& fun routine with options if needed! You will need to wear clothes that make you feel confident and sexy! Class can be done barefoot or with sneakers. Space is limited so book your spot!
